What we do

Every duct, every fibre — one standard.

The air you breathe should be clean. Poorly maintained ducts recirculate everything that settles in them — our certified technicians take care of it.

Air duct cleaning

Ductwork is the only system in a house that touches every room at once.

Commercial duct cleaning

In a commercial space the ventilation network almost never stops: it runs through every business hour, for dozens of people, often for years without anyone opening a duct.

Residential cleaning

A home rarely has one appliance that touches the air; it often has four: the furnace and its ducts, the air exchanger, the dryer, and more and more a wall-mounted heat pump.

Air exchanger cleaning

Since the Quebec Construction Code began requiring mechanical air renewal in new dwellings, the air exchanger has become the appliance that air quality depends on in most recent condos and homes on the island and in the suburbs.

Wall-mounted heat pump cleaning

The wall-mounted heat pump has become the default cooling appliance in Greater Montreal, in houses and condos alike.

Wall-mounted air conditioner cleaning

A wall air conditioner used only in summer spends eight months switched off, damp inside, with last autumn’s dust.

Dryer vent cleaning

This is the cheapest and most often postponed service in the catalogue — and the one whose consequences are the most serious.

Carpet and area rug cleaning

A carpet holds whatever the air drops: it is the largest passive filter in a home, and it eventually saturates.

Upholstery and mattress cleaning

A sofa takes in daily what a carpet takes in over a month, concentrated on a few seats: sweat, skin oils, hair-product residue, crumbs, pet hair.

Post-disaster cleaning and decontamination

A disaster leaves two traces: the one you see and the one that circulates.

Deep cleaning

Deep cleaning is the one people put off because the scale is discouraging: a house after renovations, a unit to restore between leases, a commercial space changing hands.

Our method

Four steps. Two hours. Clean air.

High-powered collector

A 4,000 CFM dust collector is connected directly to the main trunk line. Everything dislodged during the job travels into the machine, not into your living room. This is what separates a real cleaning from a vacuum run over the grilles.

200 PSI compressed air

Every floor register and every return grille gets a compressed-air jet that lifts deposits all the way to the back of the branch. Nothing is skipped: the number of outlets is counted at the start and checked at the end.

Mechanical brushing of the trunks

The main trunks, where dust compacts the most, are mechanically brushed. This is the step the NADCA standard requires and the one discount offers almost always skip.

Antibacterial sanitizer

An antibacterial product is applied under pressure through the network. It is safe for occupants and pets once the job is done; an unscented version is available on request for sensitive individuals.

You can see the difference.

Before you call

The questions we get asked.

Is the quote really free?

Yes, and with no obligation. You get a figure before anything starts. If what we find on site differs from what was described on the phone, we talk to you before continuing — never after.

Why are prices not shown on the site?

Because a posted price would be wrong half the time. Cost depends on the number of outlets, the surface area, the actual condition of the system and access. Publishing a teaser price you then do not honour is precisely what Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act forbids. Call 514 505-2500 — most quotes are settled in a few minutes on the phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is made at the end of the job, once you have seen the work. Accepted methods are confirmed when we quote.

Are there travel charges?

Travel is included in the quote and no extra amount appears afterwards. For the farthest areas — Vaudreuil-Dorion, the eastern end of the north shore — we favour grouping several services into one visit, which is what keeps the cost reasonable.

Which cities do you serve?

All of Greater Montreal: the entire island of Montreal, Laval, the South Shore (Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville, Châteauguay, Chambly, Beloeil, Saint-Bruno, Candiac, Varennes), the north shore (Terrebonne, Repentigny, Blainville, Boisbriand, Sainte-Thérèse, Saint-Eustache, Mirabel, L’Assomption), the West Island (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Kirkland, Pointe-Claire, Dorval, Beaconsfield) and west as far as Vaudreuil-Dorion. For the Laurentians and the Argenteuil RCM, our Gore branch answers at 514 705-8893.

Do you serve English-speaking clients?

Yes. A large part of our clientele in the West Island, Côte Saint-Luc, Brossard and Greenfield Park is English-speaking, and our technicians serve them in English. Call 514 505-2500.
